I conduct empirical research in the field of individual differences psychology. I am interested in a wide range of constructs such as creativity, personality, intelligence, emotional skills, etc.. In my research, I rely on traditional differential psychology methods – for example, latent variable modeling – but also on traditional experimental psychology methods.
